Technique Blitz: More Shimmering Resist
Today's Technique Blitz card features a shimmering resist creation, one of the Techniques from the August 2008 Technique Junkie Newsletter.
I tried to capture some of the shimmer in the photo, but I don't think it shows well. Great shimmer here, though!
