Technique Blitz: Painted Pigments
Today's Technique Blitz card uses a Painted Pigments background, a technique from the August 2008 issue of the Technique Junkie Newsletter. I stamped a collage stamp over the pigments with a dark grey inkpad and added a cuttlebugand greeting layer to finish the card.Stamps: Chapel Road Artstamps.
